Following a proposal that was mailed out to the voting members of AHS-LA in late June 2012 (with a deadline of July 30), the amendments to the constitution and by-laws have passed.
With 16 members casting votes, the proposal to change the number of board members passed 14 to 2; the proposal to change term limits passed 15 to 1. (The updated constitution and bylaws may be viewed on the members-only section of this website.)
