Our annual scholarship fundraiser concert, SPRING FLING, took place at 3 pm on Sunday, May 6, 2012, in the beautiful chapel of the First Baptist Church in Pasadena.

There were performances by Annette Lee, Nina Agelvis and Joelle Roup, the outstanding young harpists who were awarded 2012's Valeria FINZI Memorial Scholarship Awards, as well as Invited Guest Performers - HARP AND KOTO duo (Hitomi Suzuki [harp] and Saeko Kujiraoka [koto]). The koto is a traditional Japanese instrument sometimes referred to as the "Japanese Harp"!
This event raises funds for the continuation of the scholarship program - come and support our young harpists' hard work!
ADMISSION: Please pay at the door with cash or check;
SUGGESTED DONATION is $15 for AHS-LA members, $20 for non-members.
