Congratulations to all our young members who participated in 2012's auditions for the Valeria Finzi Memorial Scholarship awards!

Congratulations also to their parents and their harp teachers, who guide them along their harpistic path.

Auditions (organized by AHS-LA 2nd VP and Education Chair, Linda-Rose Hembreiker, ably assisted by former AHS-LA president Paul Baker) were held Sunday afternoon, April 29, at the recital room of Colburn School of Music in Los Angeles,  before a jury consisting of harpists Heidi Lehwalder and Dorothy Victor and cellist/pianist Hitoshi Suzuki.  Thanks to Colburn harp professor JoAnn Turovsky for arranging for the auditions to be held in this wonderful recital hall!
